Last night we had come back from a Thanksgiving dinner at a friend's house, and I wanted to print the digital pictures we had taken.  I have an HP all-in-one printer.  I started printing using the HP cartridge and the pictures were dark.  I immediately changed cartridges and put yours in my printer.  This was the first one I have received from you.  I was so surprised to find out that my pictures were much sharper and clearer.  Right after finishing my printing I received an email message from you thanking you for my recent order. What good timing.  Now I can turn around and thank you for a fine product.  You can be sure all my printing cartridges will be ordered from you in the future. Just received a cyan cart for my Epson C82. Same prob as we had before (with another company's cart) - The darn hardware or software would not recognize your cart. Consequently, I went through the steps you sent me in an email (clean contacts (I used isoprophyl alcohol), and "wiggle" and "make contact" when inserting). OH - prior to that, I unplugged my printer with the old cart in it. BINGO!! Your emailed steps worked beautifully. I ordered just one cart from you for now, but now that I know I can get your products to work in my finicky printer, I'm a long term customer. I'll be ordering many more. Thanks for your prior help - you care - that counts a LOT!!
