Advertising Rates & Information

No clutter...
To keep our ezine content oriented, we limit the number of advertising sponsorships to 2 per issue. Ads will be placed on a "first come, first serve" basis. We confirm all ads and run dates by email within a few days of receiving payment. Take a look at a sample issue.

How your ad is delivered...
Each issue of Computer & Printer Tips is emailed to our entire database of 45,000+ opt-in subscribers each month generally between the 15th and 20th. All issues will then be archived permanently, bringing you a never-ending supply of qualified site visitors and increased link popularity.

Our rates...
The cost varies based on the sponsorship position you choose.

Top Position Ad -- $320

Bottom Position Ad -- $110

Your ad will also appear in the past newsletter archive section of our website with a permanent link to you. (This will help with residual traffic and building link popularity of your website.)

At no extra charge, we can also include a small logo or image next to your ad in the website archived issue.

Solo ads are also available on a limited basis. Email us for details.

Text ad requirements

Prices quoted above are for up to 8 lines. Each line should be no longer than 60 characters (including spaces).

We prefer to receive the ad when the booking is made. At the latest, please email your ad to me at least 3 days before publication.

Payment Information:

We currently accept payment by checks, credit cards and Paypal.

Sponsorships in our e-mail newsletters must be paid in advance. Check payments must arrive no later than 10 days before the publication date. Payments must be made in US funds.

After we've agreed on your text, ad placement and dates please make your check out to "ASAP Inkjets" and send it to the address at the bottom of this page. For payment by credit card or Paypal:

Orders cancelled more than 7 days prior to a publication date will incur a 50% kill fee. Cancellation within 7 days of a publication will incur a 100% kill fee.

Statistical Reporting

If you would like to track your ad statistics, but don't have your own tracking system -- here are some alternatives for you.

We can specify your URL with a code such as http://www.yourdomain.com/?wmt64
(Anything after the ? in a URL will not affect the destination, but can be identified in your traffic logs.)
You can set up a separate unique webpage on your site to track as your ad URL such as http://www.yourdomain.com/asapnews.

Other Information:

We do not offer free tests or e-mailing to only part of our list. Your ad will go to the entire list.
We keep our mailing list clean. Each email contains quick unsubscribe links so a reader can edit their contact information, or unsubscribe at any time. This ensures anyone not interested in receiving further contact can easily remove themselves.
We do not accept advertising for adult sites, illegal activities and any other content deemed inappropriate by us.

Hi Y'all,

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the newsletter and for the great ink.

I've gotten lots of promo junk over the years and consider all of them a waste, except yours. Your newsletter helped my family in a very difficult time. You see, my husband is not only a bread winner, but a student. When he lost his job we thought it impossible for him to continue with school, since as a returning student he only qualifies for the aid that covers registration and not books. With our income being what it was, an $86 textbook was just a joke. I remembered your newsletter and brought up your recommendations for less expensive textbooks. My husband was able to get the one he needed for $18 new!!! He's was able to continue his education without interruption, something that really helped him through the rough bits of looking for work again.
