Very quick response and quality product, I will continue to do my business with you, also other family members want me to get cartridges for them as well. Your products make having a printer more affordable, like in my case I have children in school that use the computer for homework and we really go thru the ink and I just can't afford to buy the "name brands" at the prices they go for at Staples or Walmart.
